He is also General Manager at Union Export Services, which promotes and coordinates coffee and cotton exports for cooperatives in Uganda. |

She started her career as Assistant Society Development Officer in charge of Ashanti Region with Kuapa Kokoo Ltd, a Fairtrade farmer organisation in Ghana. |

Larry Attipoe currently leads SNV’s work in agriculture in Eastern and Southern Africa. He also coordinates the organisation’s Global Partnership with Fairtrade International and the Impact Investment initiatives. Previously Larry was Portfolio Coordinator at SNV Ghana for five years. He was also the leader of the market access for the poor practice area of SNV Ghana. |

Martin Eson-Benjamin is in charge of the Millennium Development Authority (MiDA), the implementing entity for Ghana’s Millennium Challenge Account (MCA) Program. Previously he was a member of the Presidential Commission on Pensions from 2004 to 2006. He has also worked as the Managing Director and subsequently Board Chairman of Ghana Breweries Limited, a subsidiary of Heineken International. |

Ian Bretman has been the vice chair of Fairtrade International since 2008, where he is responsible for strengthening governance and accountability to key stakeholders. Prior to this he worked with the Fairtrade Foundation as a deputy director for 10 years and he played a key role in achieving the Fairtrade mark’s breakthrough into the mainstream consumer market. |

He sits on the Boards of Press Agriculture Ltd (PAL), the Natural Resources College (NRC), and African Institute of Corporate Citizenship (AICC) and is a member of the European Economic and Social Follow-Up Committee (EESC). |

Alastair Child heads up Mars’ Cocoa Certification Programme, which aims to reach 100% sustainable certified cocoa by 2020. He manages the company’s partnerships with Fairtrade and other certification labels. He also is in charge of the Community Development Programme, which mostly focuses on West Africa. In the past, Alastair was Mars’ Global Programs Manager. |

She has worked for 20 years as GIZ resident advisor and project manager in Africa with focus on rural development, innovation systems, research management and private sector development in agriculture. |

Noel Oettlé joined EMG as a Programme Manager in 1998 and has been involved in the Fair Trade movement since 2003. Noel served as Chair and Secretary to the Board of Fairtrade South Africa between 2006 and 2009 and as a Board member of Fairtrade Africa since 2007. Since January 2010, he also represents African producers on the FLO Board. |

Bronwyn Page-Shipp has been Certification Manager for FLO-CERT in Africa since this year. Prior to this she was the regional manager for Southern Africa, a position she held from 2006 to 2011. She has also worked as FLO-CERT auditor in Southern Africa, an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and also Commissioner for the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration. |
